At the 27th edition of Luxe Pack Monaco (October 27-29), at the Grimaldi Forum, Patrick Jouin, one of the world’s foremost contemporary designers, whose creativity spans both industrial design and the world of luxury goods, will be the guest of honor. He has worked with major brands including Fermob, Cassina, Kartell, Alessi, Puiforcat, and “occupies a specific niche in the French design landscape.” He has had exhibitions at the Pompidou Centre in 2009, the Compasso d’Oro in 2011 and the MOMA in New York.

Jouin will take part in a discussion with Anne-Marie Sargueil, president of the French Design Institute, on Monday afternoon, October 27.

“Inspiration is born out of discussion,” says Jouin.
